The week in Bangers: While electronic rumors isn’t strictly an Electro-House blog, we do cover a lot of Electro-House that crosses over in to our realm. So many good club tunes and reMixes surface each week we can’t (and wouldn’t) cover them all, so this is a round up of some of the best from the week that we didn’t have time to dedicate individual posts to…

Beaumont

Beaumont

We really liked Beaumont’s reMix of Ladyhawke that we posted here so when an email full of the man’s tunes landed in the electronic rumors Inbox we were more than interested.

Beaumont has a cool sound; a Valerie-esq retro Electro flavour with an infusion of 8-bit video game noises. What more could you ask for?

We’ve got three of his tracks here, all of them top quality Nu-Disco, with sharp FM lead lines, fat analog basses and that slight 80’s soundtrack feel that always works so well.

Beaumont’s use of bit crunched beeps and blips definitely set him apart from the pack.

Beaumont – Neon Dawn (Intro. Mix) (zShare) (MediaFire)

Beaumont – Last Night (zShare) (MediaFire)

Beaumont – Recital (zShare) (MediaFire)

Beaumont also dropped his reMix of Empire Of The Sun’s ‘We Are The People’, a chord driven retro epic.

Krazy Baldhead’s Sweet Night

KrazyBaldhead

Ed Banger Records and Because Music are a constant supply to top quality electro-House and Nu-Disco and Krazy Baldhead is no exception. The Parisian makes deep, interesting electronic music.

Check out this club mix originally from the ‘Sweet Night’ EP and ‘3rd Movement Part 3’ on Krazy’s début album, ‘The B Suite’.

The reMix up’s the dancefloor ante. Taking, what was, a laidback, glitchy, tune and gets it’s groove on!

Empire Of The Sun Vs. The Golden Filter

EmpiteOfTheSun3

Empire Of The Sun are often reMixed, some good, some mediocre. When you have a name like The Golden Filter who have repeatedly dropped top quality Disco gems you know you’re in for one of the good ones.

The Golden Filter bring a little of their ‘Sold Gold’ magic to the table. Their dreamy Electro Disco seems a perfect fit with Empire Of The Sun’s track.

TMDP

TMDP

TMDP are coming straight outta’ Toronto with some superbly crafted Nu-Disco that is seriously easy on the ears.

Jeffrey Addison and Gavin Rough have been at this for around ten years, and it shows. These are two guys who have honed their studio skills. Have a listen to these two tracks off their début, self titled, album and you’ll get warm basses, soaring leads, and smooth guitar riffs that will infect your brain for days.

Both these tunes have a real evolving quality, both are Disco journeys:
