New York’s Disco don Chris Malinchak kicks things off with his new tune, Forever, which he’s dropping as a freebie ahead of the release of his next proper single. Malinchak surprised everyone last year with two UK chart topping singles, So Good To Me peaking at number two and it looks like he’s going to be continuing that trend into 2014.

Here is part two of MiGHty mOUse’s new double A-side single. Shaker Faker got it’s groove on last week so now it’s Space Face’s turn in the spotlight. Space Face keeps the Cosmic Disco vibes going with an infectious Piano House injection. The piano hook gets a real hypnotic flavour cooking over a solid Disco beat, it’s a slow builder but when the track kicks in it’s got all the galactic flair of an entrancing floorfilling monster. No wonder the likes of Tensnake are already giving it their support. Proper Disco euphoria.

[Download] Nude Disco’s ‘Neon Hearts’ (+ Jules Schimmer & Auxiliary Tha Masterfader reMixes)

Record label Nude Disco, spawned from the club night Nude Disco, are following their compilation Nude Disco selections Vol. 1, with their première single release; from Nude Disco. that’s a lot of nakedness right there. The single’s called Neon Hearts, and it features the vocal stylings of Foreign Boy and comes with a loaded reMix package including work from Luxar, Discomendments, Jules Schimmer and Auxiliary Tha Masterfader.

Neon Hearts is a lush, urban, slice of SynthPoppy Nu-Disco. Musically it’s a slightly Tropical four minutes of infectious synthesizer Disco. Peppered with Poppy riffs, the bass bounces, the leads get euphoric and the purcussion keeps things funky. The infectious dancefloor groove is all leading toward a sweeping solo. Foreign Boy’s vocal contribution is what gives it it;s SynthPop edge as he croons his was through the track in a neo-Pet Shop Boys style. Jules Schimmer adds a little 80s flair to the tune with a chugging bassline and Top Of The Pops beats before launching into a hands-in-the-air piano House riff, while Aux takes a future Italo approach to Neon Hearts, injecting burbling synths and his own analog Disco style. The whole release is an impressive début for the label.

Here’s he latest tune from LA based Tongan producer Summer Occasion. You may remember Summer Occasion from his dreamy reMix of Box Of Wolves & Christa Vi’s Boy. At the star of the year he dropped a new tune, Still Got ❤, a slow jam with a New Jack swing to it. Well, this tune had it’s origins in a more buoyant dance track which the man has just uploaded to his Sound Cloud page. Check out the Tropical bliss.

The original version of Still Got ❤ is a great, warbling, slice of summer gold. Existing at the nexus of laid back and upbeat. Rocking some hazy R&B samples and a plethora of hazy synth sounds, Summer Occasion brings his LA vibe to every corner of the globe. Mixing up a little Nu-Disco, a little Chillwave, a little Tropical with a whole heap of LA style Funk, this version of Still Got ❤ is ripe for dancefloors once the hot weather kicks in in 2014 (or right now if you;re in LA, we guess). [Download] Mereki’s ‘Blue Lake’ reMixed by Wmnstudies

We thought we’d gotten all we possibly could out of LA ElectroPopper Mereki’s Blue Lake; but it’s the song that keeps on giving. This latest reMix comes courtesy of Canadian duo Wmnstudies. We have no idea how they perceive you are supposed to pronounce that (and, frankly, the dropping vowels thing, if there are vowels dropped, is so unoriginal now), but we do know they have done a sterling job, delivering an undulating, soothing, House rework of the track and another awesome addition to their rapidly expanding impressive catalogue.

With just a hint of Topical purcussion, Wmnstudies wrap Mereki’s enchanting voice around a selection of rounded beats, warm keys and playful use of the vocals. Smoothing the song out, the duo intertwine the bass and drums into one juggernaut rhythm section that is compelling and utterly hard to resist. Fast becoming out favourite reMix of Blue Lake, Wmnstudies’ version of the track serves up just the right amount of bouncy House action, just enough to make you look forward to summer; not so much you don’t want to be in the now.

[Audio] St. Lucia’s ‘All Eyes On You’ reMixed by Goldroom

Here’s a meeting of two of Americas finest purveyors of blissful tunes. New Yorks hazy ElectroPop sensation, St. Lucia released one of the albums of the year in 2013, and on that album was a little track called All Eyes On You. A tack which looks set to be his next single if the looks of this brand new reMix from the-man-with-the-Dreamwave-plan Goldroom is to be believed.

There’s some devilish purcussion going on in this one. Goldroom tune just make you want to get up and dance (if it’s sunny, if it’s not the make you want to close your eyes and pretend you’re dancing in the sun), and that’s heightened with the drums on this reMix. Embracing St. Lucia’s dreamy ElectroPop sound, Goldroom delivers a floaty Beach House tune to get carried away in. We weren’t going to mention the Sax, we were going to just let you discover it. But the sax!

[Download] Keljet reMixes Goldroom’s ‘Embrace’

Ooo cheeky! You may recall we had all but promised that we had closed the door on featuring more reMixes of Goldroom’s blissful Embrace. Then Dutch Disco duo Keljet come along with this bad boy and despite out better judgement we can’t help but feature it. Keljet are on such a roll right now, storming track after track and really making a name for themselves. A well deserved name too, and a reputation this reMix does nothing to quash.

Keljet bring the hypnotic House vibes to the track this time around. it;s a well established science fact these days that Embrace has got an awesome vocal, and in the right hand it can be an amazing thing. Keljet’s hands are up to the job as they weave the vocal in and out of a slightly Tropical, pumping, tune that’s not exactly laid back, but not exactly upbeat either, just a nice groovy middle ground. Totally intoxicating.
