Fear Of Tigers – The Guestlist 29/07/2011 = Edwin Van Cleef and Justin Faust! In one show! Fear Of Tigers get’s us all geared up for the weekend with some of the biggest tunes around.
To celebrate the release, which is pretty damn awesome by the way, Justin and Discotexas are giving away a free bonus track, ‘Do It Again’. It’s a classic Dreamwave tune laden with soaring leads, big retro chords and a slight touch of the Italo. The track also has the most feelgood, cute, melody i have heard in a Nu-Disco track in a long time. Let this soundtrack your weekend.
Released next month on On The Fruit Records, the track sees Justin in a light ElectroPoppy mood with an arpeggiated Disco bassline and some cute lead lines. This version of ‘Find You’ is some seriously uplifing future boogie that should put a kick in your day.
Justin Faust – Pre Party Jamz Vol. 120 = Fifty awesome minutes of Nu-Disco and retro synth House to slide your weekend into just the right mood. Starting chilled and building, slowly and surely, to a dancefloor climax and a Disco comedown.

Justin Faust had just dropped a selection of reMixes from his ‘Sloppy Chic’ EP of last year.
The standout for me is Super Mal’s heavy Nu-Disco workout of ‘Your Life’. What more can you want from a track like this? Killer bassline, rapid fire synths that shine like a beacon in the darkness all over the place. This reMix has got a groove that is just going to slay dancefloors worldwide. Italians Fare Soldi also turn in a killer rhythmic Italo/Disco mix of the title track. It’s a low-down dirty and grimy Disco track that gets inside your head!
Kap10Kurt has just dropped his new single ‘Speed Demon’ on Work It Baby. It’s a full on soaring, retro synth, Nu-Disco/Electro powerhouse with a massive Pop chorus.
Oh, and a genius video too!
In the single you’ll also find this epic reMix by the man Justin Faust, with this huge 80’s riff you can#t help but fall in love with!
If you are then you’re in luck! If you’re not, well, tough…
The man Justin Faust has busted his reMix skills over San Francisco based Disco Rockers Butterfly Bones ‘Crystal Caves’ and the end result is a truly astonishing slice of groove thick, sweeping, retro Disco awesomeness. With a bassline that is targeted directly at making your head nod and a soaring lead line that takes you to another planet, this track is pretty much essential.
Xenomania drummer/songwriter Florrie has a new single out soon, ‘Give Me Your Love’ which, as well as being a nice slice of Pop, will also feature reMixes from habitual Florrie reMixer Fred Falke and the man Justin Faust.
Falke’s reMix is a power Pop track with arpeggios that drag you straight to the dancefloor, but it’s Justin Faust’s reMix that really hooks. From the electro toms onward it’s a crazy good Nu-Disco stormer.
I’ve never heard of London Soft Rock band Goldhawks before, listening to the tracks on their MySpace they sound a little generic, but you’re not interested in that are you? They have a new single coming out called ‘Keep The Fire’ and it’s backed up with a totally monster reMix package!
Here we have two of the best, Italian Nu-Disco producers Reset! and the always excellent Justin Faust both take, what is essentially a good song, out of the murk of AOR and onto the dancefloor. Reset! completely demolish the original and build it up into an Italo/Balearic deathmatch while Mr. Faust’s epic Dreamwavey mix brushes the track with a bit of French Touch.
Munich man Justin Faust has just dropped an EP of funk tinged French House. the ‘Holdin’ On’ EP contains the title track and reMixes by the likes of Moullinex and Nightriders.
‘Holdin’ On’ is a feel good Electro-House jam with more than a nod to Filter House but once Moulinex get hold of it, it becomes a mighty retro disco monster.
