The first ‘proper’ track from Robyn’s forthcoming album, ‘Body Talk’, has surfaced.
‘Fembot’ is a genius slice of Electro-Rap-R&B-Dancehall-Acid-Dub Pop. 303 basslines meet pop rap with a Robyn edge. With tracks produced by Diplo and Røyksopp it’s defiantly an album to get exited about.

Robyn will be dropping her Automatic Booty Applications later in the year.
Fortune are a French Indie-Electronic band who are, today, releasing both the first EP from their début album ‘Staring At the Ice Melt’ and the album itself!
The single, ‘Gimme’s, title track is reMixed here by Blackjoy who really do the track justice with their New York Disco-Punk take on the track. Also we have the wonderful M83 who reMix the song ‘Mission’ into an epic Space-Synth Pop tune that ticks all our boxes!

Peter Serafinowicz’s video for Hot Chip’s forthcoming single, ‘I Feel Better’, débuted today and it’s surreally hilarious, check it:
That’s some fucked up shit right there!
Anyone who reads Mr. Serafinowicz’s Twitter feed knows how much fun he had making the clip and how exited he’s been about it so it’s great to it finally sees the light of day.
‘I Feel Better’ is taken from the ‘One Life Stand’ album, out now:
Here is the video for Burns new single ‘So Many Nights’.
Appropriately it was filmed over the course of his US tour with Deadmau5 and it’s a pretty stompin’ slice of Electro-House:
‘So Many Nights’ is out not exclusively on Beatport with a physical release coming on 19th April.
UK Electro outfit ZX stopped by the electronic rumors Inbox recently to drop off their reMix of their friends, Fenech-Soler’s, track ‘L.A. Love’.
It’s an interesting reMix, both bright & melodic and deep & dirty at the same time. Taking the soaring retro lead lines of Dreamwave and mashing them into big Ed Banger-esq distorted synths ZX have produced a pretty quality slice of Electro Noise-Pop.

You can head their sound defined on these couple of original tracks, again walking the line between distorted French-House and smooth retro Dreamwave. Defiantly a name to keep an eye on.

Fenech-Soler’s ‘Stop And Stare’ Drops 19th April on Moda Music.

Grum has just débuted his latest video. A little funny, a little disturbing, a great Disco tune!
‘Can’t Shake This Feeling’ is our soon.
The good folks at Eye Industries sent on over this reMix of Passion Pit’s now classic ‘Sleepyhead’ by Cassette Club in lieu of their début single, ‘4 Me’.
CC’s Ben Macklin and Tom Hammond bring their own brand of feel-good ElectroPop to Passion Pit’s Indie-Electro with results in a type of, almost hands-in-the-air, Electro (it’s a pity hipsters are far to cool for that!) that’s retro enough to make you smile in reminisce but contemporary enough to shake your booty ‘til it falls off!

Cassette Club’s single is out now with a reMix package forthcoming.
We’re still kinda’ reeling over how addictive Penguin Prison’s ‘Something I’m Not’ is and it’s not even out yet!
So a whole mess of reMixes is gonna’ keep us from jonesing for the single for as while, kicking off with (again!) the Cardiff crew, Friends Electric, who seem to be infiltrating electronic rumors on the sly, not that we mind if they keep dropping Electro monsters like this one! Luxury Living go deep into the subs with this heavy dub/80’s Electro hybrid that has a killer payoff toward the end of the track. Finally Krispin Korg gets straight up funky with a New York disco-esq Dreamwave mix.
