Yesterday, Outrun-Electro master Kavinsky dropped his first new single in ages, and the first from his forthcoming new album, ProtoVision.
Here’s the video, which sees Kavinsky himself as the Dead Cruiser, rocking through the streets of 80s LA. It;s car chases with class.

Released tomorrow is The Good Natured new Indie-Rave epic, to coincide with the track dropping, the video has just premièred.
It’s an exuberant affair, fitting for the track, with a decedent edge. It’s like the evil twin of a John Lewis X-Mas advert.
The Good Natured’s 5-HT is released tomorrow with reMixes from Kat Krazy, Ghostwerk remix and Sarah’s cover of Fine Young Cannibals’ She Drives Me Crazy.

Brooklyn vintage synth wizard Chrome Canyon has just débuted his new video, for a particularly Cosmic track called Pulze. A synth prog-fest that is pure epic.
The video, directed by Jennifer Juniper Stratford, is just as retro-trippy as the track, essential viewing (and listening)

Here’s the video for Australian SynthPop outfit Parralox’s Sharper Than A Knife, a tune that’s been around for a while now. The track has been reworked slightly for a new 2012 release.
In all honesty, we kinda’ prefer the original version, it’s a lot warner and more original. No-one needs to add circa 2007 Pop-Electro sounds to a track these days. Still, it’s awesome to see the track in video form.
The original of Sharper Than a Knife can be found on Parralox’s 2008 album Electricity.

St. Lucia’s amazing September single finally gets the video treatment. A long overdue accompaniment for one of the best ElectroPop tracks of the year.
It;s a visually stunning, dreamlike affair with more than a hint of rabbit hole going on.

Here’s the vide for LA Indie-Electro outfit Shiny Toy Guns’ Somewhere To Hide, one of the standout tracks from their recent III album, and excellent single material.
The clip is directed by Robby Starbuck, and it probably the best video from III to date. There’s a lot of cool Wonderland business going on, but for us the highlight is the back room/light up instruments bits.
