Swedish Indie kooks Shout Out Louds have got their friends Passion Pit to grace their single ‘Fall Hard’ with one of their classic reMixes.

And PP synth the track right up! Layering deep analog basses and lush synth pads Passion Pit have warped Shout Out Loud’s track into a prefect summer synth jam.

‘Fall Hard’ is the first single from Shout Out Louds forthcoming album ‘Work’.

Still trying to get through the electronic rumors Inbox backlog! This is one I have to share with you though.

London live ElectroPop scenester Dan Black has manages to score a reMix from current Passion Pit, who must be busy right now promoting their new album ‘Manners’!

The song, ‘Symphonies’, is Dan’s own reworking of his track ‘Hypnotize’ (Dan’s take on the Notorious B.I.G. tune) which is taken in the realms of American Indie-electro by PP, the result being a clash of UK Pop and US Hipster!

‘Symphonies’ is out June 26th.

Calvin Harris reMixes Passion Pit

Passion Pit’s brilliant upcoming single ‘The Reeling has been given the reMix treatment by Calvin Harris.

Whilst, personally, I don’t think it’s quite as good as the original, it does provide a sweet dancefoor version with some crazy slap bass action.

The more you listen to it the more it grown on you, if you don’t find yourself grooving a little to this you must be dead inside.

With the first single from the album ‘Manners’ not even in the shops yet this gives us a taste of what the rest of the album will hold.

It’s got the air of a second single and continues Passion Pit’s unique Indie-Disco sound with some wicked soloing.

New Passion Pit!

I was very exited to see this, new new Passion Pit single, in the electronic rumors Inbox yesterday.

Passion Pit whipped up a hype storm last year with their track ‘Sleepyhead’ from the ‘Chunk Of Change’ EP, and well deserved too. ‘Chunk Of Change’ was a little slice of electronic heaven, adored by Indie fans and ElectroPoppers alike.

‘The Reeling’ is a little more polished than ‘Sleepyhead’, a little more focused with some fantastic Synth riffs and horns.
