Oú Est Le Swimming Pool, ‘The Key’ video

As you know, Où Est Le Swimming Pool have decided to go ahead with he release of their début album, ‘The Golden Year’, after the untimely and sad death of lead singer Charles Haddon.

The lead-in single for the album will be ‘The Key’, the video for which has premiered over on their YouTube channel. Filmed during their performance at Pukklepop in Belgium mere hours before Charlie took his own life the video is a tragic reminder of the great heights this band could have soared to, they were easily well on their way to becomes the best male fronted SynthPop act in the UK.

‘The Key’ is out 10th October preceded by the album on the 3rd.

Frankmusik’s tribute to Charlie Haddon

In the wake of Friday’s tragedy, the news that Charlie Haddon lead singer of Oú Est Le Swimming Pool, one of the UK’s most promising SynthPop acts, had taken his own life after the bands show at Belgium’s Pukkelpop festival, Vincent Frank A.K.A. Frankmusik has recorded a soulful piano tribute in the form of a cover of Oú Est Le Swimming Pool’s biggest hit ‘Dance The Way I Feel’.

The second Jocks reMix of the day!

This time it’s ElectroPop act Ou Est Le Swimming Pool who get the treatment with their brand new single ‘These New Knights’. In the last 12 months Ou Est have gone from SynthPop obscurity to having a huge hit in the form of ‘Dance The Way I Feel’ and a string of high profile live shows. ‘These New Knights’ is a precursor to their début album, scheduled for a June release.
