Sweedish SynthPop outfit DNLK’s new single, Wolfhour, is an absolutely huge slice of heavy, emotional, pulsating electronics that is utterly impossible to ignore. Dramatic, expansive and compelling, the track has now got itself a video.
Directed & produced by Eric Ivar Persson, the clip is as epic as you’d expect; utilising windswept, romantic Scandinavian geography to it;s fullest effect.
Daniel Börjesson directs the high energy clip; which is glossy and slick and everything you’d expect. Kylie being effortlessly glamorous and Giorgio, um, on the decks.

Our good friend Mr. Mark Reeder, electronic music legend and Techno pioneer, recently completed work on the documentary file B-Movie: Lust & Sound in West-Berlin (1979-1989) alongside director Jörg A.Hoppe. The film paints a portrait of underground Berlin through the 80s from Punk to Post-Punk to Electro to the Berlin Techno scene Mark founded.
Check out the trailer below. The film makes it’s premiere at the Berlinale, the Berlin International Film Festival, next month.

Australian Disco scene lynchpin Cassian’s Running (featuring vocals from Cleopold) was released late last year with it;s uplifting HousePop brilliance. The tune has now got itself a slick-as-hell video. Watch below.

Here’s the first new track from London SynthPoppers Monarchy’s long awaited new album, Abnocto. It’s called Dancing In The Corner and sees a the duo take on a more aggressive, rhythmic, sound.
The video was directed by Ch. Martínez and has got all the dancing going on, but few corners.

Directed by Al Mackay, the clip is almost note perfect for indecipherable late 70s/early 80s European TV as Ron guests on a Mediterranean chatshow. Not sure they get it.
