Here’s a new Ronika song… At this point in our website life we could probably just leave things there, but we won’t, ‘cos then we’d just be like every shitty ‘music blog’ that posts track with neither comment or commentary that we hate. Hell, we’ve always had a sneaking suspension that no-one read this waffle anyway. But we are a website that remains arrogantly narcissistic enough to believe our words are important. Also we are a website that is constantly walking the line between integrity and just becoming a Ronika fan blog. We start off incredibly tight with a classic Electronic Soul groove; punchy drums, robust synth bass and wicked little rooftop licks drifting across the track’s skyline. Ronika eases us into the groove before unleashing the chorus’ secret weapon; big Miami percussion and Sound Machine-y stabs explode from the speakers in a flurry of exuberant nostalgic dancefloor goodness while Ron invites us to dance.
